4. A chi comunichiamo i dati

5. Trasferimenti fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo

6. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati

7. I tuoi diritti

The data in the sign-up form are necessary to create the account and to invoice: without them you cannot sign up. Payment card details do not pass through our servers and we do not store them: they are entered on the pages of Stripe or PayPal, which process them under their own notices.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The site does not set any cookies of its own. It does store some information in the browser's local storage (localStorage). It is strictly necessary for the service to work and does not require your consent:

Advertising campaign measurement: only with your consent

If you press “Accept” on the notice, we load Google's tools (Google Ads and possibly Google Analytics) that measure how many people who arrived from an ad sign up. Google may set cookies (for example _gcl_*, _ga*) and receives data such as the IP address and the page visited. We do not send Google your name, your email or any other data of the sign-up form. If you press “Reject” we load nothing from Google. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a rejection. After a while (normally 180 days) we ask for your choice again; you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the pages.

Fonts, images and payments

The typeface and the page backgrounds are hosted on our own server: opening the site does not contact any other site before you have made your choice. When you pay, the Stripe and PayPal pages may use their own cookies, under their notices.

4. Who we share data with

Processing data on our behalf: the hosting and network provider ([TO FILL IN: hosting provider]) and the sending of the service emails ([TO FILL IN: email provider]). Others: Stripe and PayPal for payments, Google for measurement (only with your consent), authorities and advisers when the law requires it.

To derive the country from the IP address we use the “IP to Country Lite” table by DB-IP.com (CC BY 4.0 licence); we query it on our own server and we do not send addresses to DB-IP.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers (for example Google, Stripe, PayPal) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on: [TO FILL IN: adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses].

6. How long we keep data

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to the processing and withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect what was done before). From the “My data” page (after logging in) you can download a copy of your data and delete the account yourself. For any other request write to [TO FILL IN: privacy email]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your country.

8. Minors

The service is not aimed at people under [TO FILL IN: age] years old.

9. Changes

If we change this notice we update the date at the top and, if the changes are important, we let you know.
